Eheim is a terrific brand and highly reccomended. $30 sounds about right for this model if it is brand new.
The Eheim 2013 must be a really old model because it’s not really showing up in searches. But there is information saying parts for the 2013 also fit the 2213, so maybe the 2213 is the updated version or what it is now called? The 2213 is suitable for 36 gallons.
If it is actually a 2213, then $30 is a great deal as they are normally twice the amount. But if it is an old model, the 2013, then $30 is probably right.
