Plenty of people have asked me about my tank, cabinet, and filter combination (does it all fit comfortably, what's the flow like, etc). Here's the video to hopefully clear those questions up. I intend on adding a duplicate filter/heater set up on the other side of the tank shortly. Tank is still cycling hence no livestock yet.

What Filter Media To Use?
I have a 125 gallon freshwater planted tank. I filter with a Rena XP4 external canister filter. What's the best media should to put in?
When I purchased it I got it with carbon, several form filter pads and a few Bio Chem Stars.

I think about purchasing the Rena XP4 but read in a forum that it sucks. Is that true?
Should I look for other canister filters? Or do I have other (better) options for my 180 gallon acrylic tank? Any information about it or advice is greatly appreciated.
