What Filter Media To Use?
I have a 125 gallon freshwater planted tank. I filter with a Rena XP4 external canister filter. What's the best media should to put in?
When I purchased it I got it with carbon, several form filter pads and a few Bio Chem Stars.

I'm just starting out with a 65 gallon aquarium and bought a Rena XP3. Will this be enough, what else do I need? I read about CO2 but am a bit puzzled.
