Would an eheim 2213 canister filter be enough filtration for a 75 gallon cichlid tank?

The specs on the filter are:
Aquarium size - 66 gallons
Pump output - 116 gallons per hour
Filter circulation - 103 gallons per hour
Judging by tank size no. The outputs are what confused me.
i currently have 3 whisper 30-60 filters. maybe 2 of those and the canister filter?
well i have two power heads as well to move the water around.

You want a filter that circulates the water several times an hour. So the fact that it would only circulate 103 gallons per hour and your tank is 75 gallons I would recommend a larger filter. If you chose a filter that only circulates the water 1.5 times an hour you would need some other means of filtration or you would be cleaning the tank non stop and changing water all the time to keep it clean.
